This page explains how information sent to DISAY through the website, email, phone or WhatsApp may be used when responding to enquiries and providing our services.
Information you provide
When you request a quotation or contact us, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, postcode, project details, photographs, plans or other information relevant to your enquiry.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to respond to you, understand the requested project, arrange surveys or appointments, prepare quotations, provide agreed services and keep necessary business records.
Files sent with a quote request
If the built-in DISAY quote form is used, optional images or PDF plans attached to the enquiry are sent with the enquiry email. The theme removes its temporary server copies after the email attempt is completed. Copies may still exist in the recipient mailbox or normal hosting backups according to those services’ retention settings.
Website and advertising measurement
The website can use consent-aware Google analytics or advertising when configured by the site administrator. The DISAY theme defaults optional analytics and advertising storage to denied and provides a cookie choice before its own optional Google tag is loaded. Separate tracking plugins should also be configured to respect consent. See the Cookie Policy for more information.
Sharing information
We do not sell enquiry information. Information may be shared only where reasonably necessary to operate the website, communicate with you, deliver an agreed project, comply with legal obligations or use service providers acting on our behalf.
Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for enquiries, quotations, project administration, accounting, legal obligations and legitimate business records. We take reasonable steps to protect information, although no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete information we hold about an enquiry where applicable, or ask a question about how your information is used.
